3. Products & Descriptions
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, packaging, or details may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is received.
Payment methods include credit card, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options provided on our platform.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
GetCraveLess is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Warranty
All our products include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by installation are not covered by warranty.
8. Liability
GetCraveLess is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
